Shipping policy

We ship via US Postal Service Monday - Friday.  Please make sure you are using a USPS verified address as we are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.  You will receive a trackable link when your package ships.  Please understand that once USPS takes possession of a package, we no longer have any ability to control the delivery of that item.  Packages scanned as delivered are considered fulfilled and delivered.  Any issues with receipt of said packages would be directly with the local postal delivery.
